Terms of Service

KoreShell grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the KoreShell desktop application on up to the number of devices permitted by your subscription tier (1 device on trial, 3 devices on paid plans). You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the software to a third party.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are listed at koreshell.io/pricing. You may cancel at any time. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the software does not perform as described. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice via the email on your account.

The free trial provides 30 days of full access on 1 device without a payment method. After 30 days, new SSH connections are disabled until you subscribe. Existing data (servers, vault, scripts) is retained.

You may not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application • Remove or obscure license, copyright, or trademark notices • Use the software to provide a competing hosted SSH management service • Circumvent or bypass the license validation system

Your SSH credentials and server data are stored locally and never transmitted to KoreShell servers. See our Privacy Policy at koreshell.io/privacy for full details. We may collect aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (e.g. feature activation rates) that cannot be linked to your account or servers. This is off by default and requires opt-in.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. KoreShell Systems does not warrant that the software will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the software is free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the software for management of production infrastructure is at your own risk. Always maintain independent backups.

KoreShell Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or unauthorized access to your servers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules.

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the software after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
